Monday - Friday; 8am-5pm
Required to be in the Statesville, NC office Tuesday-Thursday. May work from home Monday and Friday.

Job Purpose:
This role will partner with sales leadership and field sales reps to increase market share and sales dollars for the Augusta Sportswear and Founder Sport Group clothing line through partnerships. Inside Account Sales Specialist will be responsible for growing existing accounts, as well as acquiring new accounts, through business relationship development.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify high potential account growth opportunities through the current account base.
- Contact accounts daily through outbound and inbound activities.
- Build and maintain accounts and new business relationships.
- Create and execute account plans to reach growth objectives.
- Monitor customer behavior to identify potential attrition risks and proactively address any issues.
- Collaborate with customer care to ensure service levels are being met.
- Collect and maintain marketplace information that may be useful for the project team.
- Generate new leads through research, cold calling, etc; hand off high-potential leads to Account Managers.
- Coordinate the customer sales order process from start to finish which includes order entry, order follow up, expedite requests, inventory and lead time inquiries, sample requests, shipment tracking and return authorizations.
- Ability to manage multiple requests, tasks, and deadlines.
- Be a champion for the Augusta Sportswear Group, all divisions and brands, to promote partnership with our customers encompassing all styles and price points.
- Gain in depth knowledge of the product line offering - existing offerings and how they compare to prior offerings and competitive brands.
- Support new product development by providing real time market feedback to the Merchandizing team.
- Build close internal partnerships by actively engaging in both core and cross-functional projects as necessary.
- Provide active feedback on process improvement opportunities.
Skills/Qualifications/Education/Licenses and Certifications:
- Proficient with Windows and MS Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (preferred)
- Sports or apparel background not required but preferred.
- 1-3 years selling experience a plus.
Competencies:
- Efficient and organized, with ability to appropriately respond and react to customer needs; hunter attitude a plus.
- Must be results oriented with a proven track record of achieving measurable goals and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organization skills.
- Excellent communication skills to include verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail, with a critical eye for quality and accuracy.
