Your Career

We have an amazing opportunity for a Senior Compensation Advisor to our Product organization to help enable our continued growth and leadership in the cybersecurity space. In this role you are responsible for designing and managing compensation programs and policies in alignment with our global framework and philosophy. You will also be a key member of the company's global compensation and people functions.

Your Impact

  • Advising C-suite leader and organization, People business partners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective decision-making and compliance on all compensation-related matters, including program effectiveness, semi-annual pay planning cycles, fair pay, and job evaluation

  • Partnering with compensation team at HQ to implement compensation strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's overall business objectives

  • Supporting Talent Acquisition team to ensure effective recruiting practices and alignment with corporate compensation philosophy and guidelines

  • Collaborating with cross-functional global teams on market pricing and performance elevation initiatives, including consultation with leaders and People business partners

  • Participating in M&A activity through job analysis and leveling, aligning compensation packages with our compensation standards and monitoring integration

  • Customizing and delivering communications and training to multiple audiences including business leaders, managers, and People and Talent partners

  • Researching and resolving employee inquiries and escalated issues

  • Conduct market compensation analyses to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment to the company’s compensation philosophy

  • Monitor internal compensation trends and patterns to identify areas for disruption in how we pay employees in our critical Product functions

Your Experience

  • Minimum of eight years’ experience in design, analyses, socialization, and support of compensation programs using base salary, short-and-long-term cash incentives, and equity applicable to a high-growth, high-tech organization

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data with exceptional attention to detail and create and maintain complex spreadsheets

  • Familiarity with engineering compensation market and trends (e.g. use of equity, premiums for certain skill sets, handling acquired employees, etc.) including benchmarking studies/competitive analysis and modeling

  • Project planning and execution for cross-functional initiatives

  • Ability to learn quickly and think independently

  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills with strong executive presence

  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment across multiple time zones

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $146,500/yr to $236,950/yr.
