TEKsystems IT Support Technician in Morrisville, North Carolina

Our client is looking to add an IT Support Technician to their team. This team provides technical support for installs and products for builders and homeowners. This person would be supporting 150 corporate end users including warehouse workers and drivers.

This person would be providing software and hardware support tickets in SharePoint. They would be handling over the phone IT support and walk ups onsite.

Top Skills' Details

  1. 1-3 years of experience with supporting Microsoft 0365

    products (password resets, distribution list, setting up account in Azure/

    Intune)

  2. Hardware support- handling new builds and repair for Lenovo laptops and

    support of printers onsite

  3. Customer service and documentation skills (Will be using OneDrive,

    SharePoint, and excel)
