Vontier Service Contract Inside Sales Specialist in Greensboro, North Carolina

The Service Contract Inside Sales Specialist sells product and software service to expand the client base of Gilbarco’s service support solutions. This role requires heavy phone soliciting and tenacious follow up. A successful candidate will have excellent organization and customer service skills, with an exceptional attention to detail. This role is responsible for the enrollment of service customers. This position is an individual contributor role within the Service organization.

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)

Onboarding (85%):

  • Facilitates new customer service enrollment.Work cross-functionally to ensure positive onboarding experience.

  • Leverages creative approaches with potential customers to ensure they recognize and understand the value-add of service products.

  • Provides quotes for service contracts and calculating fees for reinstatement of services.

  • Utilizes multiple service platforms for customer onboarding; including cloud based, Oracle, DocuSign, and internal service software.

  • Understands the different customer account structures and legal documentation required to establish new accounts.Validates all required customer documentation and performs data entry.

  • Manages, tracks, and escalates key milestones and deliverables to ensure customer expectations are met.

  • Act on logistical changes and customer support needs in real time.

  • Key stakeholder and contributor to Onboarding Data Integrity and Quality.

  • Work on ad-hoc projects as needed and as assigned by his/her supervisor.

  • Contribute to the integrity and quality of onboarding data.

Data Gathering and Reporting (15%):

  • Log requests for contracts through contract execution.

  • Daily Management Reporting for Service Enrollment delivery and revenue

Who You Are (Qualifications)Educational Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred OR three or more years of relevant experience.

· Proven track record in sales preferably with selling services or technology solutions, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

· Demonstrated high performer, willingness to take initiative and be able to operate within a team

· An intense drive to solve problems and participate in process improvement

· Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented

· Agile, able to redirect focus multiple times per day

· Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and orally

· Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and capable of quickly learning new sales service platforms.

The base compensation range for this position is $17.83 to $24.28 per year. Your actual base salary will be determined based upon a number of factors which may include relevant experience, skills, location (labor market data), credentials (education, certifications), and internal equity. ** This position also has quarterly sales commission potential
